Allow the Green Mountains of Vermont to speak to your soul

Vermont's beautiful Green Mountains are actually part of the Appalachian Mountain system, which extends north through Vermont. They aren't called the Green Mountains for nothing: they are filled with dense and verdant forests. Although many people visit Vermont to see the fall foliage, we are visiting in July, when the air seems to shimmer with emerald light emanating from the lush foliage.

Our retreat site, the OQ Farm, is an easy 15 minute drive from downtown Woodstock. Woodstock is the quintessential New England town. It's filled with charming shops, farm to table restaurants, and even summer concerts. The colonial architecture is a throwback to the past, with its quaint churches, old fashioned inns and covered bridges.

Outside of the town, beauty and adventure await. You can explore miles of hiking and mountain bike trails, gardens & farms, rivers & meandering brooks. Outdoor adventures galore await.

If you would like to learn more about Woodstock, we suggest you visit their website: Woodstock Village

Our Venue

Our venue for this retreat is The OQ Farm, which is situated a fifteen minute drive from downtown Woodstock. This beautiful center is comprised of seven buildings, nestled in the Green Mountains. The vibe spans from two historic cabins that maintain the charm of the farm's original aesthetic to  three contemporary eco-cabins with two-bedroom two-bathroom floor plans, modern interior finishes and dedicated outdoor spaces.

Then their is The Manse, formerly known as the “Inn on the side of the road,” With its large fireplace in the primary living room, it is the perfect place to chat with other retreat attendees or simply reflect on what's going on internally.

The jewel in the farm's crown is The Chapel, which is the farm's sacred space. The American Institute of Architects’ New Hampshire chapter (AIANH) awarded the farm’s chapel a 2021 Design Award for its simple, yet elegant approach. We will have daily asana and meditation classes in this beautiful space, which is the perfect place to reflect on what's going on in your body, mind and soul. We can't think of a more special place to find your internal inner peace.
